After extensive review and discussion your plan will be customized to fit your needs. If medication is prescribed it will be shipped to your door with all necessary supplies. All follow up visits are included.

Vitamin B12 injections: $149 for a 10-week supply or $25 per in-office injection

LAB WORK

We offer an extensive initial metabolic and hormonal lab panel through our discounted network at any Labcorp for $175 or you have the option to present recent lab results for review free of charge.

Monthly subscription-based plan includes prescription from local pharmacy of choice with once monthly follow up, additional $40 fee if needing to complete prior authorization (Wegovy, Zepbound). Call your insurance to see if weightloss services are covered. There will be no appeals if prior authorization is denied. Price does NOT include medication. Includes 50% discount on B12, Lipo Mino, or Glutathione injections.

This includes the powerful GIP/GLP-1 medication called Tirzepatide that lowers blood glucose levels in those with type 2 diabetes and promotes weight loss. This medication is suitable for those who have previously been on semaglutide with little success, who are no longer losing weight while on semaglutide, or those who cannot tolerate semaglutide due to side effects. Pricing is per vial (subject to change depending on dose of vial). Booking fee can be applied to this plan.
