All medical visits are conducted via Telehealth for Florida residents only.
We do not participate with any insurance companies. We offer up-front, competitive pricing for our services which do include the medications.
-Access to GLP-1 medications including semaglutide (sold under the brand names Ozempic, Wegovy and Rybelsus) and tirzepatide (sold under the brand name Mounjaro). All necessary medical supplies and shipping to your home.
-Access to a medical provider for all routine follow ups and any additional follow ups for concerns in the interim. This will allow for periodic adjustments and help ensure your long-term success
-Those between 18 and 64 years of age.
-Not pregnant or breastfeeding
-Have a BMI that is >30 or >27 with one or more of the following conditions: type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, obstructive sleep apnea or PCOS.
-No active substance abuse problems, an active eating disorder, type 1 diabetes, cancer, recent bariatric surgery (within the past 18 months), active gallbladder disease, history of pancreatitis or a history of medullary thyroid cancer.
-Resides in the state of Florida
-Access to a medical provider for all routine follow ups and any additional follow ups for concerns in the interim. This will allow for periodic adjustments and help ensure your long-term success
-The medication which is Testosterone Cypionate, Arimidex (on an as-needed basis), medical supplies for injection and shipping to your home.
The labs are not included in the monthly fee. We typically check labs initially, then 6 weeks later, then every 3-6 months thereafter depending on the lab results and your response to the medication. You can either provide lab results from another provider for free review/discussion or we can order labs through our discounted network for $175 (initial labs) and $130 (follow up labs)
All medications are dispensed through a US pharmacy that is FDA certified and prescribed by a qualified provider
